Ken is a graduate of University of Toronto with a Bachelor Degree in Economics. Prior to establishing his Independent Real Estate brokerage, Power 7 Realty, Ken had worked with Re/Max franchise as a Real Estate Broker for 10 years and Homelife Franchise as a Real Estate Sales Representative for more than 12 years. He had been ranked as a member of Top 5% Sales Representative in Canada - Gross Sales Commission, and Top Sales Representative by Office - Gross Sales Commission in Homelife Franchise and a Top 3 agent in Richmond Hill Branch in the company and had accomplished Re/Max Hall of Fame Award, Re/Max Titan Award, Re/Max Platinum Sales Award & Re/Max 100% Club Member from 2009 to 2019.

He established his own independent brokerage in 2014 and have been actively overseeing managing and operating his own brokerage, Power 7 Realty on Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, specializing in 1) Real Estate Investment Analyses; 2) Residential, Industrial and Commercial Project Developments & 3) Buying and selling of Commercial, Industrial and Local businesses, Resale Properties as well as Residential Investments. He has been ranked as a Top 1% Real Estate and Top 100 Real Estate Broker in Canada and has received the numerous top sales awards including Power 7's Lifetime Achievement Award, Hall of Fame Award, The Most Powerful Sales Team Award from 2014 to the present. Currently, he is holding the Real Estate Licenses in the provinces of Ontario and Alberta.
